How do I create a time-limited executable with Matlab/Simulink Compiler?

I am trying to prototype my comercialized software and send trial versions to certain customers. I was originally using the matlab compiler trial version which automatcally generated executables with a 30-day time limit. Is there any way to replicate this functionality with the full version of the matlab compiler?
I have seen this answer but I wanted to know if there have been any updates since 2016.

Unfortunately there is no update on this as of now. I have forwarded the request to the development team again and they will look into it to have it in future releases.
