Error while evaluating Menu Callback.

I am having trouble opening the export setup in matlab plots. When I go to file<export setup, I get this message "Error while evaluating Menu Callback.". I cannot open the export setup on the new figures that I plot and the ones that I already saved in previous versions of matlab. The option worked fine previously but I installed both windows and matlab recently after I upgraded my laptop with an SSD hard disk.
I am using MATLAB Version: 9.6.0.1011450 (R2019a) Prerelease and running Window 10 64 bits.
Any help will be appreciated.
