Phase retrieval method using continuous wavelet transform?

Hi,
To retrieve the phase from the sinusoid signal, hilbert trasform (HT) is one of the easy & popular way to do that. However, the way using hilbert gives a noisy result, since its frequency spectrum has harmonic noise.
I have heard that 'Continuous wavelet transform (CWT)' is another way to retrieve the phase from the signal. Also, CWT gives more accurately result than HTs.
Would you let me know how to retrive the phase by CWT?
Thank you
Martin

You can check out this demo that may help you utilize CWT on a sin wave.

Thanks
