Using real data to simulate energy load and energy production

Hello, I'm starting to use Simulink for power systems simulation. For my simulation I have real data of average home energy comsuption and solar energy production in intervals of one minute (kW). I would like to use this data to generate comsuption and energy production in a simulink model. I know that I can read CSV files with a Simulink componet, however, I don't know how to convert this data into energy consumption and production.
What would be the best way to do that?
