Where to get tutorial models

Simulink itself is intuitive. But when following the documents to learn, it seems difficult to follow as it is hard to find a way to identify where are those example model. I am trying to go through https://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/gs/create-a-simple-model.html, and could not figure out where to get this:
open_system(fullfile(matlabroot,...
'help', 'toolbox', 'simulink', 'examples', 'moving_car'))
If these models can be put in a repository and people can easily search and download, that will be helpful. I am using a network license, should I go to the system where the matlab is installed to find this example?

I copied and run your statement. After a few seconds the Simulink window with the model appeared.
I'm at a university and Matlab just works. Here, the license is on a server somewhere and the Matlab code is installed on my local PC. Since some years the complete Matlab package (defined by the license) is installed without questions.
Could it be that at your place you need to ask to get the complete package (to save disk space)?
