windowing and DFT of output of gammatone filterbank

I have filtered noisy speech wav file from 128 channel gammatone filterbank and I am getting output matrix as [128,29154].Now I am trying to frame,window and take DFT of each frame of each channel.but I am getting error.How to do windowing of each channel sigLength? winLength=160;%frame size in samples [numchan,siglength]=size(r) % number of channels and input signal length winshift=winLength/2; %overlap 50%
