How does SimBiology calculate the "lambda" in NCA?

I was wonder that How does SimBiology calculate the "lambda" in NCA?
When I use WinNonlin, I can choice the weighting option in linear regression (ex. unweighted, 1/y, 1/y^2).
Although SimBiology doesn't provide the weighting option, I think that Simbiology uses any one of above.
Thank you.

Hi,
Currently (as of R2018b), SimBiology's NCA uses linear regression with all of the points weighted equally. I'm guessing that's what you would call "unweighted."
