Datafeed toolbox & Bloomberg

I am constantly having problems getting data with matlab from data providers, because matlab is not an officialy supported. First I stopped getting data from factset. Then I changed to Bloomberg. Today I have stopped received data from Bloomberg and I get no help from Bloomberg or Mathworks!!!!! I am thinking about change to python
