How to generate multisine from phase and magnitude information?

Hi I have the fft of a signal. Is there a way to generate a multisine with exact phases and amplitudes of the corresponding signal's fft? The signal length is 1000 samples (1s), sampled at 1KHz. Please help!

try ifft()

My original signal is a spike train. I want to use the FFT to create a multisine with the same phase and amplitude characteristics.
