The build log is stored in C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\tpc783c5d8_d2fc_4210_9650_91ea72319e92\androidTestAppDiagnostic.zip.
Contact technical support and send the file.

You might be using an older MATLAB with an Android that was not supported.

Which version of MATLAB are you using?
type ver in MATLAB command prompt to know the version.

if your using 2017a version, Please check the answer section of the https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/415204-why-does-build-fail-at-verify-configuration-of-your-android-device-screen-during-hardware-setup-fo, to resolve the issue.
