Error while evaluating TimerFcn for timer 'timer-1' Undefined function 'myFunction' for input arguments of type 'uint8'.

The line where the error occures is:
RGB = getsnapshot(vid);
myFunction(RGB);
The function 'myFunction' expects input of type 720x1280x3 uint8, which RGB is. What does this error mean?

This generally means that the function you're calling doesn't exist on your path. That may be because you changed the current folder, or renamed the file that the function is in.
What is the output of which myFunction -all?
