How to show detected fracture postion from 2D CT slides in reconstructed 3D model

Dear Everyone,
I have a 3D issue as the following.
I have a pile of 2D slides from CT scan having fractured position as shown :
Using object detection, the detected fracture position is highlighted in red as above.
After reconstruction to 3D model, I want this position to be highlighted in the 3D model too, just like this :
The reconstruction is successful but I don't know how to show the fracture again in the resulting 3D model. Someone suggested the "move along algorithm" but I have no idea about this.
Grateful if anyone can help!
