Hello,
I would like to mark other than blue pixels.

Later I will compare these pixels with the other image pixel values. Is there anyone helping on this issue?

Define "blue" for your purposes. Is (93, 138, 168) blue? It is for legal purposes -- it is "Air Force Blue".

[R, C] = find(~MaskIndicatingWhichPixelsAreBlue);
image(YourRGBImage);
hold on
markersize = 8;
scatter(C(:), R(:), markersize, 'r*');
hold off

I just added a small correction to mark the pixels that are not blue.
