Does python script in matlab function packaged to an App works?

I have built a Matlab function in which I have called python scripts using system commands. Now I want package this function into an App which has to run without any matlab and python dependencies. My doubt is that will the python script run in the App without any dependencies? Are there any measures to be taken to call python scripts in matlab functions and app packages?
