usrp_v3_0_R2012a installation problem

I am trying to install usrp_v3_0_R2012a and getting an error message. I was able to install it on the window xp operating system without a problem but unable to do the same in window 7 system. both have the needed tool boxes. this is the error I get. Undefined function or variable "s".
