Justify Results Through Code Annotations: File Scope

Justification for Code parts works well.

Problem is File scope: I put annotation not at file's very beginning so far. Is this necessary, or is e.g. MISRA Rule 1.1 only justifyable in *.psbf analysis?

Justification for File scope works well when Code Annotation (begin) is put in very beginning of file. Orientation for this is Violation mark (violet triangle) at Polyspace GUI.
