Build-in MATLAB functions with GPU

I am attempting to have my code execute on my GPU. I am new to GPU computing and am hoping to speed up all of my code (the watershed function specifically). Does anyone know a way to speed up built-in functions in MATLAB if 6 processors and a GPU is present on my machine? Thanks.
