How to write all feature values in to single csv file?

I have some fish images of different class.GLCM features are extracted from these images,which is a structure with 22 different values. Eg:Autocorrelation,Contrast,Correlation,Correlation,Cluster Prominence,Cluster Shade,Dissimilarity,Energy,Entropy,Homogeneity,Homogeneity,Maximum probability etc. I stored these values in to a CSV file. I already extracted the HSV color feature of all images. how I can add these hue, saturation and value matrices in to same CSV file. matrix dimension is different for each.
