Actually they are the same, note that: d(delta_w(t)) = delta_w(t)*dt

But it's not d(delta_w(t)),it's Kd*delta_w(t),Kd is a coefficient

And d(delta_w(t)) = (d(delta_w(t))/dt)*dt = delta_w(t)'*dt, delta_w(t) is a function of t.
