Could you please read the documentation and/or help? For example,
doc ClassificationTree/resubPredict
"label = resubPredict(tree) returns the labels tree predicts for the data tree.X"

Well, it was kinda hard to get your point.
Resubstitution estimates are obtained on training data. For example, "resubstitution error" means "training error".
