Error in installing MATLAB 2011b (32 bit)

Hi everyone! I'm going to install MATLAB 2011b (32 bit) on my PC but once I click on setup.exe, the pop-up error msg appears which says: "The Program can't start because java_Launcher.dll is missing from your computer". Is there anyone who can help me about this matter? Thanks a million in advance

The error message is clear: the java_Launcher.dll is missing. Do you have the complete installation folder? Did you copy the folder or download to the disk and moved something to a subfolder? Do you find the wanted DLL manually?
