I need to get 200ns of the rise time voltage using IGBT model in Simulink, how can I do this?

The problem is that the IGBT is ideal and the rise time is equal to step.

For this kind of use cases it is best to use the N-Channel IGBT block in Simscape Electrical, Simscape technology.
