Problem with MWArray.dll

sir, I have created a demoproject to use dotnet componet created using matlab NE builder. but when i am executing this demo project i am getting this error message.how should i go about it now??

Could not load file or assembly 'MWArray, Version=2.9.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=e1d84a0da19db86f' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

Perhaps you are using a component generated using 32-bit MATLAB on a 64-bit machine? If yes, please see this solution.

Sorry for the late reply from my side..I have changed the p;atform to x86..I am using Visual Studio 2010..But still i get the same error in 64 bit system..But on 32 bit system the application runs well...Please suggest some solution...
