How to generate a LFM continuous waveform in simulink?

I am trying to generate an LFM sawtooth waveform from 1 GHz to 2 GHz with a rise time of 10ms and fall time of 2ms respectively. The output power is around 250 mW. There is a continuous RF power source in SimRF named "Continuous Wave", can I do it by passing the output of the continuous wave signal into a MATLAB function, there is also an FMCW block and a Linear FM Block in Waveforms section of Phased Array System Toolbox in Simulink, but I don't know how to tune them into my requirements, because How can I adjust the output power of my wave in this case, or is there any other way to do it?
