how to change the value in parameter that dont want to change (battery generic model))

i want to change the cut-off voltage (in the picture). but when i change the value, it will back to the value that appropriate with the nominal voltage, i think there is equation that will initialize the cut-off voltage accordingly the nominal voltage. so how to change that equation, i mean how to get in to the equation section. thank for you for the answer.
