IP camera connection to matlab problem ?

Hey everyone ! I am facing severe issue of ip camera connection with the MATLAB 17 i am using TL-SC3171G camera which supports Motion JPEG but it's still not connecting with the matlab. I will be thankful if someone helps me in this regard.
