Can I use input port signal as variable in some other block in Simulink?

There are three input ports in our model. We want to use one of the input ports as variable in some other block. Could you please help? (in the same model)

I presume it depends on the function you want to achieve. The use of the various math blocks is manipulating an input signal in the same manner. Can you provide details on the specific function you require?
