Histograms are normalized in gplotmatrix?

Dear all, In gplotmatrix, the histograms are in any way normalized or independent for each group (I have two groups)? If I graph the histograms of the same variable for each group (in the same plot) I dont get the same distribution.

Any comment? Thanks

I think I found an answer. It seems that the histograms actually have a normalization, named 'probability' in the histogram function help. Each bin count is divided by the total amount of samples.
