Variable limits for integrator in SIMULINK

i want to make a moving average filter for my 3phse PLL project work. for this an integration limits of 't-Tw' to 't' is needed, where Tw is the window width of the filter, which is known. The variable 't' is taken from angle(theta)=product of Omega and 't'.My question is how will i give 't' as limits which is getting from the previous stages of simulation.

I don't think you can do this with an integrator block - but the "Discrete FIR Filter" should let you implement a moving average filter.
