Using MAPCAPLOT Data Outside of the Interactive Window

Hi,
I'm in the process of running a PCA plot on a data set and I came across the mapcaplot command. So far it's working all right but the guide doesn't offer much in terms of explaining how the process is run. Does anyone know how I can go through and extract the data it uses to show the PCA plots? Also, on the menus for selecting the components, it shows a percentage value (can be seen in the images at this link . I'm not sure what that represents. Additionally, is there a way to extract the plot that is shown in the interactive window? Basically I'd like to be able to write a script to go into the data and find/extract outliers from the distribution. I'd also like to overlay these plots onto one another.
Thanks!
