Hello, I have data in array like the image below. 1st coloumn of array is x axis, 2nd coloumn of array is y axis and 3th coloumn of array is the corresponding value. How can I plot this data?

f = figure;
p = plot(array(:,1),array(:,2));
p(1).LineWidth = 2;
p(2).Marker = '.';
ax = gca
ax.XLim = [0 0.55];
ax.YLim = [0 0.2];
you can customize more specifications using the figure (f), line (p) and axis (ax) handles. https://de.mathworks.com/help/matlab/learn_matlab/understanding-handle-graphics-objects.html

Thank you so much @KL. So, I have other graphs which has sharp lines. I want to make them splines. Could you help about that?

Perhaps you want plot3(), because you are asking for X,Y and Z values. To get a spline, use the command spline. See:
doc spline
