how to save a stack of 360 dicom images in array in a folder on my pc ?

i have 360 dicom images from a ctscan i put in an array whose dimensions are (512x512x360) after performing some segmentation on the array (images) i want to save the new (segmented ) array of images in a folder on my pc. how can i do that ?
