Using Rainflow Counting Algorithm

I am a new Matlab user interested in using Dr. Nieslony's Rainflow Counting Algorithm that he contributed through file exchange. Would someone be kind enough to provide me a step-by-step procedure for inputing a set of data points into his algorithm and running the program?

I think the help file is reasonable explaining what to do. Open index.html and follow the directions. Also, open the demos and look at what is going on in them.
