Semi-Variogram calculations using Matlab

I have just seen this contribution for Experimental (Semi-) Variogram

Actually I have spent more than 2 months trying to calculate that, and I failed. I hope someone can help me with that. This is the data I am working on: https://www.dropbox.com/s/tzksy90ybj9lt1q/BATCHES%2520REQUIRED.xlsx?dl=0 I am looking to calculate semi-variogram and fit it, then get nugget and sill.

Can you please guide me?
