file selection gui element

I have been searching a while now.. but I can't seem to find a simple file selection GUI element, to put in my own GUI.

Is there such a thing as a file selection GUI element?

Do you know such a "file selection element" from other GUIs? Usually you call the dialog provided by the operating system, e.g. through a menu or button.

I guess I am looking for a textindicator+button with a folder icon, which, when pushed, open de uigetfile dialog, en return the selectred file in the text-indicator. Like attached example:
