Point Cloud Fitting to Geometric Shapes

I want to fit a pint cloud (3d and generated by kinect) to paraboloid ( eg. parabolic mirror ) . While functions like pcfitcylinder pcfitplane and pcfitsphere are available , parabolic fit is not available in Matlab. How do I proceed to fit such general shapes Thanks
