Instrument control toolbox error when creating interface object

Trying to create an interface object in the test and measurement tool, to use the Matlab generated drivers. I get the error: "lcc64.exe has stopped working" please close the program. And after that I get "No supported compiler on SDK was found. FOr option, visit mathworks"

Type ver on the command line. To compile you need the compiler - do you see it listed?
