how to correct error, in running the cosimulation block in matlab simulink

hello, I am a pg student doing my project in matlab simulink. I am facing a problem in running the simulink model along with "cosimulation block" . the error message is "Failed to connect to server. make sure the loaded HDL simulator library is using shared memory". so, it would really useful if anyone help me in clearing this error.

What is the VSIM command that you use to start up the EDA Tool? I would recommend trying one of the demos to make sure if there is a setup issue.
