WSCC simulink problem solver

dear sirs I build MATLAB/SIMULINK MODEL OF MULTI-MACHINE (3-Machine, 9-Bus) WSCC SYSTEM that attached I get this message ( Simulink cannot solve the algebraic loop containing 'model' at time 0.0 using the TrustRegion-based algorithm due to one of the following reasons: the model is ill-defined i.e., the system equations do not have a solution; or the nonlinear equation solver failed to converge due to numerical issues.

I tried to put a delay block and I dont get solve...... please can you help me to solve this essue.
