How can i plot two columns of a table in matlab gui together in an axes ?

Moustafa - if we assume that there are only two columns in your table, then you could do something like
tableData = get(tableH,'Data');
plot(axesH, tableData(:,1), tableData(:,2));
In the above, I'm assuming that tableH is the handle to your table and that axesH is the handle to the axes. (And that tableData is not a cell array.)

Hi sir. i am sorry to bother you but i have tried to follow your method and i get an error:
Undefined function or variable 'tableH'. Can you please help me?

Kev - you would need to show all of the code that you have written. tableH is a variable specific to this problem and is used as an example only and so will not (according to the error) be a variable that you are using.
