GUI objects dislocation?

My problem is that my GUI objects get dislocated to bottom left corner of the screen by every change i make in the fig file. One moment everything looks fine, then when I make some change (even "send to back" some object) and save it like that - next time I run it - everything is resized to very small objects and placed in bottom left corner on top of each other. When i press "play" - from the user perspective everything looks normal. I cant continue working on my GUI when as the programmer I cant see where my object are. This happens to every GUI i make in some stage of coding. Please tell me why this happens and how can i prevent it. Thank you.
