Plotting two graphs with different data sets

A specific problem,where i separately plotted two data sets from the same mat file. But they have different dimensions and i now have to put them both on the same graph as to compare them. How do i do that if my dimensions don't match? The mat file,two scripts for plotting and the resulting graphs of both are attached.
