when I export the SolidWorks it said that screw mate is not supported and changed to weld which make my simMechanics still.

the solidWorks appear o simMechanics but neither screw nor the nut moves I am using ball screw

Not all mates in SolidWorks can be translated into joints. The list of supported mates is in the documentation: Mates and Joints.
For a lead screw, you will need to manually insert the Lead Screw Joint from Simscape Multibody. See this MATLAB Answers entry for an example: How can i connect lead screw to trim tab of an aircraft that modeled in solidworks
