Linear system, complex roots.

I'm trying to solve linear system of equations with real coefficients using x=A\B. I keep getting x vector of complex numbers. What am doing wrong ?

Can you post your A matrix and B vectors, or are they too big?

It would be helpful if you gave a small example. Could it be that the imaginary parts are tiny, and due to round-off error?
