How do I load example data?

How do I load the example data sets into matlab? I am trying to do the examples that are on the mathworks site but whenever I say, for example, "load cities" it says that it can't find the directory to load.

The online documentation is now for R2017a. Previous versions of MATLAB and the Toolboxes may not have those files available to use. Check the documentation for your version to see the examples available to you.
