zoom using webcam

I am using webcam(Logitech C310) for an image processing project.Can I zoom using the camera as I do while using it without matlab.Outside matlab it can be zoomed using Logitech driver s/w. Can I achieve he same functionality using matlab.

This has functions for zoom, pan, tilt etc..
