How to calculate strains from DIC displacement and coordinate points.

Dear all,
I am using Digital Image Correlation technique for evaluation of deformations. I am in final step of establishing the process, where I have raw displacement data and the coordinate points. From this I need to calculate the strains in 2D. It would be a great help if anyone can guide me through this process.
