Using scripts from File Exchange

Forgive my word usage ignorance, but I'm not quite sure how to phrase this question.
Is there some way to add scripts that I've downloaded from the File Exchange to the bin, or functionally add a shortcut, so that I can use them from the Matlab command line regardless of which directory I'm actually in?

Yes, You need to save the file in your matlab directory. So, save the file in a folder somewhere such as my documents\matlab\file exchange folder. Then open matlab, go to file > set path > click on add folder, select the location where you have just saved the file, click on save, and then close. Then, close and re-open matlab, the function should be ready to use. Let me know if you have any difficulties.
