add multiple Functions From Matlab coder to a C++ Code

Hello everyone

I am trying to add multiple c++ functions which were generated from Matlab Coder into my c++ project. is there a way to do it?since there functions share sometimes the same name of .cpp and .h files but some of the content is different.
