SAR画像をパウリ分解したいのですが、matlabでできるのでしょうか？できるのであればその詳細のページ、コード等を教えていただけますでしょうか。

残念ながらパウリ分解はMATLABでは用意されていません。

下記の論文などに式が載っていますのが、それほど実装は難しくなさそうですので、挑戦してみてはいかがでしょうか。
